Even though tuition revenues have remained level for five years now, the University has raised enough new money each year to fund those scholarships and work opportunities while also underwriting modest annual raises and meeting inflation in operating expenses. Each year has been more challenging than the year before, and this year's goals for those budget lines are the most challenging ever.
