The Jane P. Batten Honors College brings together academically ambitious students for an honors experience grounded in global engagement, environmental stewardship, and ethical leadership. Through interdisciplinary seminars, immersive learning, and faculty mentorship, scholars develop the perspective and skills to lead with purpose.

Environmental Stewardship Scholars who think critically about the natural world and our responsibility to protect it.
Global Engagement Every scholar completes a required international study away experience that broadens perspective beyond the classroom.
