Gary Edwards '79
Gary Edwards recently completed his sixth season at the helm of the Francis Marion University men's basketball program and his 28th year as a college head coach. His career coaching mark stands at 476-336 in 28 seasons, including a 7-4 mark in NCAA Tournament games and an 8-1 mark when playing for a conference or regional championship.
Peter Warren '05
It's hard to believe that it's been almost 10 years since Peter Warren '05 was shooting hoops at VWC, with President Billy Greer getting the crowd riled up on the sidelines. During his time at the College, Warren studied in the Liberal Arts Management Program (LAMP), played men's basketball and also found time for golf.

Timothy Munford '91
Timothy Munford received a B.A. in political science from Virginia Wesleyan in 1991. He was a member of the Phi Kappa Tau fraternity and played intramural basketball. The Ladysmith, Virginia native has since relocated to Fredericksburg, where he balances his time between a busy career as a Network Engineer for Verizon and his family
Thomas Taylor, Ed.D. '00
Crediting Virginia Wesleyan with helping him discover his love of learning, Thomas Taylor, Ed.D. (2000) has fittingly dedicated his professional life to public education. While at VWC, the Chevy Chase, Maryland native received a degree in social science with a minor in secondary education, balancing academics with his involvement in Habitat for Humanity, the Student Government Association and the Phi Alpha Theta fraternity.

As a student at Virginia Wesleyan, Rex Hamaker Jr. '04 had a full plate. He worked for Residence Life as well as the College's Learning Center and was also involved in spiritual life on campus.
